You start off with just your silenced PP7. Walk out and shoot the first man you see. Pick up his KF7, but don't use it yet. Use the silenced PP7 to kill the two guys near the first tower. Go up the tower and get the Sniper Rifle. Use the sniper rifle to pick off the two guys in the tunnel. Then, go through the tunnel (make sure you collect the ammo) and use the Sniper rifle to take out the guy behind the boxes, and the two guys in the small bunker. Switch to the KF7 and kill the guy near the metal crates and the guy near the tower. Open the security gates by pressing the green and red switch. Stay on the left side of the truck and take out the guy running for the alarm. Then, walk around the truck, and take out the man near the tower. Switch to your silenced PP7 and blow up the alarm. Two men will come out, but you can take them out with your PP7. Walk around the satellite building to the side will all the boxes. Switch to the covert modem using your watch and place it on the computer screen. Then, shoot the lock with your PP7 and go into each tower and destroy the alarms. use the sniper rifle to take out the guards on top of each tower. Then, go down the steps of the fourth tower and head left. Use the KF7 to pick guys of from a distance. Try shooting the boxes to eliminate some guys. Fight your way to a large door. Open, and run out into the room, and then run back behind the wall. Wait for all the men to come, and shoot them. Then, go up the mainframes (the tall bluish things) and press B to download the data. Then, make your way up the first tower to to the middle of the dam. Walk up the steps and off the dam. Congratulations! Mission 1: Part 1 accomplished
